ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

 

Your print will only be as nice as your artwork. High resolution is a MUST!

 

Image requirements:

 

Make sure all non-vector files are at least 300dpi.

Please send all text layers rasterized, converted to curves or outlines.

Please make the image the exact size you want it printed.

 

Print image must remain within 13" x 17".

Preferred art file types include: .pdf, .eps, .ai, .cdr

Other accepted file types (not preferred): .tiff, .png, .jpg, .bmp, .psd

 

You can submit your artwork directly to us via email.

Please be as detailed as possible in submitting information via email.

POLICIES

~TERMS

    A 50% deposit is required on all orders over $300 prior to production.  The balance is to be paid upon delivery.  We can accept checks and cash.  We will soon be able to accept credit card payments.  Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 per check charge.  High volume orders require 100% payment upfront. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 ~PRODUCTION TIMES

    Standard production time is 15 working days.  We will however make every effort to meet your requirements if an order is needed sooner. 

 ~PRICES

    All prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify prices with one of our representatives prior to placing your order. All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless an appropriate exemption number is provided.  We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received.  All merchandise in our catalog is subject to change or withdrawal without notice. 

 ~CANCELLED ORDERS

    Orders may only be canceled before garments are ordered.  A request to cancel an order may be called in or faxed to us.  If the garments have already been ordered, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but you may keep the blank garments.  If you cancel your order while in production, customer will be charged for all setup, apparel, and prepress costs incurred.

 ~ORDER CHANGES

    Orders may be changed only before production begins.  Production changes in your order may delay your delivery date.  All changes must be made within 48 hours of order placement or additional fees may apply.

 ~SHORTAGES & CLAIMS

   Any claims or discrepancies must be made within 5 working days of receipt of order.  We stand by our work, if there are any misprints in your order we will reprint the merchandise.  If a reprint has to take place, all damaged items must be returned.  If the product is not returned, a reprint will not take place. 

 ~CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS  

    We will gladly print on merchandise that is supplied by the customer.  We do not guarantee prints on customer supplied merchandise.  We cannot be responsible for spoiled or damaged goods supplied by the customer.  We would prefer to print on items ordered through us, so that if a mistake should happen, the item can be more easily replaced.

 ~PICK-UP & DELIVERY

    Orders may be picked up during business hours, however, after-hours or weekend pick-ups may be scheduled.  Local deliveries (within Dawson County) are free of charge after 5 p.m. Extra charges for shipping & delivery may apply.

 ~SAMPLES

    Sample blank garments can be ordered for sizing and color matching. Restocking charges may apply.  Printed samples are not available at this time.

 ~COLOR & SIZE

    Only the highest in quality materials are used for our products. However, due to the nature of these materials, slight color variances may occur between dye lots. To extend the life of your garment, please observe proper care instructions. Due to the difference in some manufacturers sizing specs, sizes may vary in another style.

 ~ARTWORK

    All Artwork is subject to written approval before any order is processed. Approval is your responsibility, check artwork carefully before signing off.  Check all spelling of names.

 ~ART USAGE

    Vivid Creations reserves the right to use any items designed and/or produced in future promotional pieces such as catalogs, fliers, websites, or any other promotional material. If you do not wish to be included please send a fax, email, or written request and we will gladly accept it.

 ~QUOTES

    We will honor any faxed, emailed, or written quotes if submitted with your order. Quotes are good for 30 days.
